Acting Director Jashari hosted in a meeting representatives from INL and ICITAP

Vushtrri, May 26, 2022 – Acting General Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (AKSP) Kastriot Jashari hosted today Richard J Cherwinski, Senior Advisor from the International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and Pamela Wallace, Program Advisor for the Correctional Service where it was discussed about the continuation of cooperation between the Academy, ICITAP and INL. 

Acting General Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety Kastriot Jashari informed the delegation about the work, challenges and achievements of the Academy.

Jashari thanked the delegation for the continued support that the US Embassy in Kosovo is giving to the Academy in the professional development of members of the security forces, for the excellent cooperation, as well as for their willingness to provide assistance to the Academy in the future.

The delegation from the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement encouraged Deputy Director Jashari for the achievements. The delegation also expressed their readiness for future cooperation and support.

Otherwise, the ICITAP and INL program through various donations and trainings has supported and is continuing to support the development of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety.
