Prof. Dr. Jon Fisher held lecture to the students of the Faculty of Public Safety

Vushtrri, 24 April 2017- Today, at the Faculty of Public Safety within Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, in front of the senior management of the Academy, academic staff and students held lectures prof. Dr. Jon Fisher from Utah Valley University of the United States of America.
 
On this occasion, the Director General of the Academy Ismail Smakiqi thanked prof. dr. Jon Fisher for the presence in the Academy and the opportunity to lecture to students on topics that are most important and in interest for the students of the Faculty of Public Safety.

The topic that was taught by Prof. Jon Fisher in front of students was terrorism, with special focus on aviation terrorism.

 In this lecture he also spoke about the experiences and challenges he has been going through, contributing to security institutions.

Students of the Faculty of Public Safety had the opportunity to ask questions and to conversation with prof. dr. Jon Fisher regarding security issues that they are also studying in this area.
Prof. Dr. Jon Fisher is Associate Professor in Emergency Services at Utah Valley University and Director of the Homeland Security Emergency and Safety Institute in the United States.
