At the Academy had graduated the 44th generation of the Kosovo Correctional Service

Vushtrri, July 18, 2024 - After a seven-month training at the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), graduated today the 44th generation of cadets of the Kosovo Correctional Service. Since today, 64 officials will join the KCS who will guarantee the safety of each convicted person and the possibility of correcting individuals who have committed wrong acts.

 The Minister of Justice, Mrs. Albulena Haxhiu, wished the cadets success and encouraged each one to maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethics in every action they undertake.

Mrs. Haxhiu asked them to dedicate themselves to continuous improvement, both professionally and personally.

  By offering them support, Minister Haxhiu thanked each correctional officer for their dedication and willingness to serve the citizens and to protect the order and security of our society.

Whereas, the deputy of the Director General of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety Mr. Kastriot Jashari, at the graduation ceremony of the 44th generation of correctional cadets, wished the cadets success in their work.

 "Dear cadets, during your stay at the Academy, the knowledge, skills and abilities that you have acquired from the theoretical and practical part will now be applied in your very noble mission as a correctional officer", said Mr. Jashari, saying that taking on new responsibilities on their part is an additional motivation for future generations.

 

"Every success you achieve in your official activities means success for the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety as well as the Kosovo Correctional Service", said Mr.Jashari.

Director Jashari pledged that the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety will continue its legal mission of training public safety officials.

 

The Director General of the Correctional Service of Kosovo, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, also wished the newly graduated cadets’ success in their work.

While speaking on behalf of the cadets, Mrs Antigona Shatri greeted her colleagues and wished them success in their work.
