Director Smakiqi held a farewell meeting director of the Department of Public Order and Security in the OSCE, Carsten Twelmeier

Vushtrri, 15 December 2015  - General Director of the Academy of Public Safety, Ismail Smakiqi hosted today in a farewell meeting the director of the Department for Public Order and Security in the OSCE, Carsten Twelmeier. 

Director Smakiqi thanked the director Twelmeier for the assistance provided to the  Academy, for his contribution and commitment in the promotion and increasing of values. He also expressed gratitude for the generous support that OSCE has given to the  Academy, through numerous donations which have contributed to members of public safety to  increase in professional manner.

Meanwhile, Director of the Department for Public Order and Security, Carsten Twelmeier during his farewell meeting congratulated the Director Smakiqi to his achievements. He said that the Academy is moving on the right path to provide quality education in the field of security.  

Twelmeier also expressed grateful for the cooperation, coordination and working environment that has been created here at the academy by directing staff and other associates, adding that precisely this cooperation and understanding has caused the results to be at high level.

At the end Director Smakiqi awarded a plate with the inscription of Academy to the Director of the Department for Public Order and Security in the OSCE, Carsten Twelmeier expressing gratitude for his contribution for KAPS.
