Academy Board held its regular meeting
Vushtrri, 14 September 2015 - The Board of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), today held its twelfth meeting where they discussed issues pertaining to the recent Academy processes.
The topic of discussion was the report on the development of the student enrollment contest in the bachelor program and the proposed amendment of quotas for Public Safety Institutions for the academic year 2015/16.
Another point of discussion has been the twinning project titled "Support to further education of public safety in Kosovo", and appointment of responsible officials by the public security agencies on the implementation of this project.
Also at the meeting the Director General of the Academy of Public Safety, Ismail Smakiqi presented the biannual report of the Academy.
The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Academy, Ismail Smakiqi, Director General of the Kosovo Police, Shpend Maxhuni, Chief State Prosecutor Aleksander Lumezi, Director General of the Correctional Service Emrush Thaqi, Director General of the Police Inspectorate of Kosovo, Fitim Shishani Director of Probation Service Bajram Bujupi, representatives from Kosovo Customs and Emergency Management Agency, and representatives from the OSCE and ICITAP.
