The DEM Director visited KCPSED

Vushtrri, 28th of September ’09 – Today at Kosovo Center for Public Safety, Education and Development, stayed for visit the just-appointed director of Department for Emergency Management Mr. Fadil KODRA. He had a meeting with the managers of this Center, during which the a.c. Director of the Department for Program Support Mrs. Shpresa Çekaj – Muharremi shortly informed him over the KCPSED concept and its visions.

In this meeting was also discussed for establishment of the cooperation between two parties by concluding that until now they have achieved many successes as a result of a mutual cooperation. Mr. Kodra also was present in a solemn opening of the training “Usage of basic equipments for fire–fighting” in which training will participate the KCPSED security members.

The Department of Emergency Management is one of the four Public Safety Agencies that share the facilities of basic training and the advanced one, at the Kosovo Center for Public Safety, Education and Development, in Vushtrri.
