Executive Chief Smakiqi met with Shipçiç

21.11.2011Vushtrri, November 2011- Following the meeting the Chief Executive of the Center for Public Safety, Education and Development (KCPSED), Ismail Smakiqi after meeting with the Director of Police Training Centre in Tirana (QFP), Hamdi Fjora traveled together to Montenegro.
Chief Executive Smakiqi and Director of the QFP Fjora are hosted by the director of the Police  Academy in Danilovgradit, Zivko Shipçiç.
Chief Executive Smakiqi, Director of the QFP Hamdi Fjora and Shipçiç discussed about cooperation between the three centers for public safety.
During the meeting  the main topic of discussion has been the exchange of experience and commitment to strengthening the rule of law and reform in training of members of the public safety.   
The participants agreed that the training of public safety members play an important role not only within the borders of these states, but also beyond, towards the achievement and their mission in maintaining the general safety..
Organizer of the meeting was ICITAP from Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro.
