At the Academy was held the regular board meeting

Vushtrri, October 18, 2022 - At the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (AKSP), today was held the regular meeting of the board, where were discussed the latest developments in the Academy.

During the meeting, the members of the board of the Academy were informed about the progress of training and higher education and they assessed that progress has been made in these processes.

The board discussed the beginning of the new academic year 2022/23 at the Faculty of Public Safety (FPS).

The meeting also reviewed the draft training plan that is expected to be held at the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety during the year 2023.

Also at the meeting there were discussions regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the team of experts from the field of reaccreditation, the current processes of accreditation for higher education and institutional as well as for the master's program.

The work and success of the Academy was highly appreciated by the attendees at this meeting.

This meeting was attended by the Acting General Director of Kosovo Academy for Public Safety Kastriot Jashari, the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Public Safety Nexhat Jashari, the Acting Chief State Prosecutor Besim Kelmendi, the Acting General Director of the Kosovo Correctional Service Sami Gashi, Deputy General Director of the Kosovo Probation Service Arsim Tahiri, Chief Executive of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate Kushtrim Hoda, Director of the Department for Operations in the Kosovo Police Gazmend Hoxha, Deputy General Director of the Emergency Management Agency Shefki Avdullahi, The Director of the Department for Public Order and Security in the OSCE mission in Kosovo, Edward Anderson, as well as senior officials of the Academy.
