Divizion for External Relations
1.Duties and responsibilities of the Divizion for External Relations are:
1.1. Coordination of external relations at all levels of representation of the Academy;
1.2. To serve as contact point and to cooperate with state institutions and other relevant institutions in the affairs of the Academy;
1.3. To coordinates and plans the programming and makes the coordination of bilateral and multilateral of donors making the prioritization of areas where Academy needs support and assistance;
1.4. Coordinates the works of organizing various events and activities that take place inside and outside the Academy;
1.5. Implements applicable rules and procedures in relation to external relations and makes coordination of international exchanges of students and academic staff;
1.6. Provides administrative support for Academy staff in relation to the accredited embassies and liaison offices in the Republic of Kosovo;
1.7. Cooperates with representatives of public safety agencies and international partners on issues that are related to the Academy;
1.8. Identification, maintenance and preservation of strategic documents of the Academy.
2. Head of the Divizion for External Relations reports to the General Director.
3. The number of employees in the Divizion for External Relations is four (4).
