KAPS and KSF sign a memorandum of cooperation in the field of safety and defense

Vushtrri, February 22, 2024 - The Acting Director General of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), Kastriot Jashari, today signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Defense - Kosovo Security Force.


The Cooperation Memorandum was signed by the acting Director General of the Academy, Kastriot Jashari and the head of the Operations and Training Sector of the General Headquarters of the KSF, Colonel Astrit Haliti.  


The purpose of this memorandum of cooperation is to define the mutual cooperation between the Kosovo Security Force and the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety in building and developing the capacities of members of the security and defense.  

The agreement states that the institutions will have mutual cooperation in raising the quality and professional capacities, the exchange of experiences and knowledge of training, research and development in the field of safety and defense through the exchange of personnel.


One of the points of the cooperation memorandum is cooperation in the organization of joint activities such as: seminars, symposia, conferences, exchange of publications and other materials of common interest.
