Division for Quality Assurance in the Academy
1. Duties and responsibilities of the Division for Quality Assurance in the Academy are:
1.1. Implementation of procedures which include processes and evaluation system;
1.2. Supervision and support in the continuous improvement of quality control all processes through methods - fair and appropriate actions;
1.3. Reviews the effectiveness of the quality system and provides professional support regarding assessment procedures and designs different types of questionnaires at the Academy;
1.4. Undertaking of actions for quality assurance assessment of studying and training programs in order to achieve the objectives and systematic control;
1.5. Cooperation with relevant actors in the Academy at all stages of action for implementation of system of quality assurance and control;
1.6. Coordination and realization of activities regarding the self assessment of the institution;
1.7. Determination of credit points (ECTS) acquired by participants according to defined criteria, depending on the institution where is applicable;
1.8. Preparation of self-assessment report and required documentation for accreditation according to applicable legislation.
2. Head of the Division for Quality Assurance in the Academy reports to the General Director.
3. The number of employees in the Division for Quality Assurance in the Academy is five (5).
