In KAPS was held the national tour “KOSOVO OPEN 2013”

Vushtrri 23 March 2013 – In Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), was  held the national tour of the debate “KOSOVA OPEN  2013”, organized by the debate Center in cooperation with movement “FOL” also supported by the Soros Foundation.  The debate, which lasts two consecutive days have for the purpose to inform and train the youth about critical thinking. “As the first purpose of this tour is creating opportunities for the youth of high school in Kosovo to develop their argumentative skills, rhetorical and critical thinking as  precondition for their participation in the social, political and decision-making”, said the representatives of the debate Center.
According to them, the debate will also help young people to strengthen the concept of open society by facilitating communication between young people from Kosovo with young people from other countries of the world such as participating in the international debate "Youth Forum".
