DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES

Department of Finance and General Services

 

1. Duties and responsibilities of the Department of Finance and General Services are:

 

1.1. Manages and maintains information about human resources of the Academy, assists the management in internal organization, provides administrative support, medical and information technology services;

 

1.2. Ensures the implementation of procedures for the selection and hiring of qualified personnel, in accordance with the applicable law;
 
1.3. Coordinates the preparation, implementation, reporting and evaluation of the budget of the Academy;

 

1.4. Coordinates implementation of the Academy's financial obligations in due time;

 

1.5. Maintains IT equipment and provides IT services;

 

1.6.Manages the archive system and internal documents of the Academy;

 

1.7.Provides logistical services for the Academy.

 

2. Head of the Department of Finance and General Services reports to the General Director.

 

3. Within this departament are part Divisions as follows:

3.1. Divizion of Human Resource ;

3.2. Division for Budget and Finance;

3.1. Divizion of Human Resource ;

3.2. Division for Budget and Finance;

3.3. Divizion of Joint Services; 

3.4. Divizion of Information Technology;

3.5. Division of Security of facilities of the Academy.

 

4. Number of employees in the Department of Finance and General Services is eighty-six (86).
