OSCE is giving donation for the public safety agencies

Organization for Safety and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is giving donation for the Kosovo Center for Public Safety and Kosovo agencies for safety order. This donation is containing red bags for first aid in urban areas and grey in color bags which are serving for first aid inn rural area.
Some of these bags will be used KPCSED trainings, whereas the others will be used by the EMD, Fire Rescue Service and Kosovo Police.
The ceremony of the given donation was held today, starting from 11:00, at the base of the Emergency Managing Department (EMG), in village Studime (by Vushtrri).
In the ceremony were present: Kosovo OSCE Ambassador, Verner Almhofer, Secretary of Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kosovo Police Directory- Sheremet Ahmeti, OSCE Kosovo Safety Department Directory- Carsten Tweilmayer also other representatives of other safety agencies.
Ambassador Almhofer thanked safety agencies for their willingness for continuously cooperation. He said that through the trainings and common work, our efforts will be realized in improving life conditions in Kosovo.
He was satisfied with the presence of the Kosovo safety institutions stating that all together we can contribute for the better life in Kosovo.
This is not the end of OSCE donation and you will not miss our support even in the future stated Almhofer Ambassador.
Meanwhile, Secretary of Internal Ministry, Bardhyl Jashari, On behalf of Ministry of MIA, Zenun Pajaziti, thanked the OSCE for the donation and continuously support.
The achievements in local institutions, will be impossible without international partners assistance their assistance is welcome also in the future, stated Mr.Jashari.
General Police Directory, Sheremet Ahemti, thanked OSCE for support and integrity for Kosovo Police and other Public Safety institutions
Kosovo Police and other institutions were never missing OSCE support, getting lot of donations as equipments, building the shooting gallery also their engagement for professional progress of public safety sector in general stated Mr. Ahmeti.
After getting the donation, they demonstrated the scenario of accident between two vehicles with injured persons, which proofs cooperation of Firefighters Service, Ambulance Service and Kosovo Police.
According to the Chief of Public Safety and Development (Department for Safety and Safety Matters OSCE), Heinz Schneider, this demonstration was presenting the training philosophy developed in Kosovo Center for Public Safety and thanked the Directory Lulzim Fushtica, for continuously implementation of this philosophy .
