Council of Students of the Faculty of Public Safety from Kosovo visited the Safety Academy in Albania

Tirana, December 9, 2016 - Dean of the Faculty of Public Safety Bejtush Gashi, accompanied by Students Council of this faculty visited Safety Academy in Albania and the Safety and Investigation Faculty within this academy.

Kosovo delegation was welcomed by the Director General of the Academy Safety in Tirana Bilbil Memaj and Dean of the Safety and Investigation Faculty Ilirijan Mandro
 

The purpose of the visit was exchange of experiences between teachers and students of both faculties.

 

Dean of the Faculty of Public Safety, Bejtush Gashi informed during the meeting the representatives of safety institutions from Albania on study program in the Faculty.

 

Gashi also spoke about the willingness of cooperation between teachers and students. He said that mutual cooperation is more than necessary for the promotion of academic and professional values.

 

The dean Gashi and students also presented detailed information on the structure and study opportunities provided to students at the Faculty of Safety and about the dynamics of changes which aim to follow modern trends in superior education.

 

Meanwhile, Director General of the Safety Academy, Bilbil Memaj spoke about the history of the Safety Academy and functioning of Safety and Investigation Faculty in Tirana.

 

Memaj noted the importance of mutual visits the two Academies and Safety Faculties from Albania and Kosovo, which are aimed at deepening cooperation between students.

 

Director Memaj and Dean of the Safety Faculty Ilirijan Mandro expressed readiness for cooperation and mutual exchange of experiences. 

 

In the framework of the visit the students talked about manner of realization the practical work and activities within this project.

 

The visit was organized within the project of cooperation between the Faculty of Public Safety in Kosovo and Safety and Investigation Faculty in Albania
