Members of Police Academy of Republic of Albania are developing training at the Academy

Vushtrri, 18 October 2016-On the occasion of the training of members of the Police of Albania, Kosovo Academy for Public Safety today visited the Ambassador of Republic of Albania, Qemal Minxhozi, Deputy Director of Police of Albania Altin Qato, and director of the Academy of Safety of Albania Bilbil Memaj.

 

On this occasion present were also the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Nehat Mustafa, Director of the Investigation Department of Kosovo Police Riza Shillova and senior official from the national institutions. The participants were welcomed by Director General Ismail Smakiqi and senior management of the Academy.

 

During the meeting they visited the polygon where the members of the Albanian police are developing training with motorcycles, who through presentations by instructors were informed about the practical part where members are developing training.

 

Deputy Director of the Police of Albania Altin Qato held a speech to the attendees pointing to an excellent cooperation with the Academy and highly assessed the work for the professionalization and training of police officers from Albania.

 

Speaking about the need and the deepening of cooperation in order to enhance and advance training for members of public safety, he expressed his full readiness for cooperation between the two institutions of Kosovo Academy for Public Safety and the Police of Albanian State.
