Director Smakiqi official visit to Albania

Vushtrri, 16 september 20015 - Director General of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), Ismail Smakiqi accompanied by Director of the Department of Training and Education Support  Kastriot Jashari and Head of the Division for Foreign Relations Avni Istrefi have stayed on a working visit  at the Academy of  State Security  Police in Tirana (ASSP).

KAPS delegation was hosted by Bilbil Mema, Director General of the Academy of State Security Police in Tirana.

During the meeting they discussed about the harmonization of ideas and joint activities, achievements as quickly  goals on issues that are of mutual interest and require implementation as soon as possible in order to develop the capacities of the two Academies .

Also the topic of discussion was the materialization and development of vocational training in the police field for a certain number of Albanian police officers including initially training and development of organization for motorcyclist thought to be planned in cooperation with the Kosovo Police.

This visit is the continuation of close cooperation between the two Academies for initiated working process since the signing of the cooperation agreement last year.
