Training for Border Police Trainers has completed
At Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS), today has finished the training for Border Police Trainers, in this ceremony have participated 22 officials of Kosovo Police.
In this graduation ceremony for certificates were present General Director of Academy Mr Ismail Smakiqi, Cameron Fisher, the project manager of the ICITAP, Lieutenant Driton Zaberxha, and other officials from Academy and ICITAP- as well.
General Director of the Academy Mr Ismail Smakiqi initially welcomed the participants by thanking in particular the ICITAP- for supporting this training.
Mr Smakiqi also thanked the instructors for their contribution given regarding in the exchange or transfer of experiences to police officers.
The assistance of the international partners, on this occasion by ICITAP- it was always present to support the Academy in the development of trainings for members of public safety, said Mr Smakiqi.
Although Cameron Fisher- the project manager of the ICITAP- encouraged police officers for their work and dedication they have shown during this training.
He also mentioned that ICITAP - has an excellent cooperation with Academy in achieving the objectives of this training and to prepare professionally the members of the public safety.
Lieutenant Colonel Driton Zabergja - mentioned that this is an important training for Kosovo Police; the training mentioned above it will contribute on the work and their responsibilities as well.
Lecturers in this training for Border Police trainers, the training mentioned above has lasted three weeks and instructors from United States of America (USA) were present in this training as well.
