It is a delegation of Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs to visit Academy.
Vushtrri, 16 January The Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (AKSP), Ismail Smakiqi, hosted today in the meeting a delegation of Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, and office for Europe and Asia headed by Kate Mc Farland. Also the delegation it was accompanied by officials of ICITAP- in Kosovo.
The purpose of this delegation visit at Academy was to get recognized closely with developments, activities, trainings and process through which Academy pass. Director Smakiqi initially thanks the delegation for a visit and informed them about the process which is going through the Academy until at the opening of the Faculty for Public Safety, and its functioning.
Also the delegation it was informed about the trainings held in the Academy, it means all public safety agencies will take part. On this occassion director Smakiqi said he was willing to cooperate. He thanked American Embassy in particular ICITAP- for assistance and support it was given to Academy. Meanwhile the delegation of Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, as well as those from office for Europe and Asia encouraged Director Smakiqi about the achievements. Also they expressed their readiness for cooperation and support in the future as well.
