Mr. Tabur visited Kosovo Academy for Public Safety

Vushtrri, 28 April 2014  - Today, a higher delegation from the Academy of Security Sciences of Estonia, led by the Rector Lauri Tabur, visited  Kosovo Academy for Public Safety and they were welcomed by the General Director, Mr. Ismail Smakiqi.
The purpose of the visit was to get informed more closely with the results and learning development in the Academy. Director Smakiqi informed delegation about the developments in KAPS, operationalization, capacity, trainings etc. 
Also, Director Smakiqi expressed his gratitude for the support that Estonia gave to the Academy during the process of the Twinning Project on capacity building in the field of education and security.
Director Smakiqi expressed satisfaction with the current level of cooperation between the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety and the Academy of Security Sciences from Estonia. Both parties, during the mutual meeting, the KAPS and Estonian delegation’s have made a presentation on the achievements of KAPS, the results of the Twinning Project.
The higher delegation of the ASS of Estonia expressed satisfaction with the KAPS’s achievements, at the same time expressed willingness on cooperation.
