Cena world champion in judo
Vushtrri August 16, 2013 - From August 1 until August 5, 2013 in Belfast, Ireland, a member of the Kosovo Police, instructor at the Kosovo Academy of Public Safety, Sergeant Anton Cena has reached to win the gold medal in the martial sport of judo in category MS-66 kg at the World Championships for police and firefighters, attended by police officers and firefighters around the world.
Cena in this championship is presented as representative of the Kosovo Police and supported by his coach has conducted two competition being presented in a dignified manner in discipline which he has competed and won the gold medal.
In final match Cena competed against Russian competitors reaching defeated him and raise the flag of the state of Kosovo and the Kosovo Police in higher levels.
This championship is held every two years and this is the first time that members of the Kosovo Police have taken part in such a competition, and this is the first medal won by a member of the Kosovo Police, instructor at the Academy, Sergeant Anton Cena.
In this championship have attended more than 7000 members and has competed in 58 disciplines.
Anton Cena works in Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, where trains police cadets in the field of defense tactics and physical exercises.
