Mr.Smakiqi on official visit in Estonia

Vushtrri, 03 maj 2013 - General Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, Mr. Ismail Smakiqi accompanied by KAPS sennior officials and representatives of Public Safety Agencies, the Kosovo Customs and Police Inspectoriate officials of Kosovo, visited the Estonian Academy for Public Safety.
KAPS and PSA delegation were hosted by the Rector of the Estonian Academy of Safety Sciences, Mr.Lauri Tabur and Vice-Rector Mrs. Krista Haak, who is alos the Head of the third Component of the Twinning Project.
In Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, the delegation visited the Rescue Directorate, Police  Directorate and Border Guard, the Academy of Safety Sciences and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In two days activities in Estonia participated the short-term experts engaged in the implementation of the Twinning Project, who are mostly senior managing staff in these institutions.
The Rector Tabur and the managing staff  of training and educational institutions of Law enforcement officials in Estonia expressed willingness for further cooperation of both Public Safety Academies.
