Director Smakiqi hosted the Ambassador Gregoire

Vushtrri, May 22, 2012 - Ambassador of Belgium in Kosovo, Pascal H.Gregoire today visited Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (AKSP), where he was hosted by the General Director, Ismail Smakiqi, and other managing staff. The meeting was also attended by representatives of Public Safety Institutions. Director Smakiqi thanked Belgian Ambassador Gregoire for the continued support that they are giving to Kosovo in all fields, especially in the security During the meeting the director Smakiqi informed the Ambassador Gregoire, for all the delivered trainings by the four public safety agencies in KAPS. Ambassador is informed about the projects that are expected to be realized soon, dealing with training and accommodation capacity building at the academy. The delegation was also briefed about the concept, vision, transition, accreditation, legislation, but also for the successes and achievements of Kosovo Academy for Public Safety
Talking about trainings the Director Smakiqi said the goal is that academy to get regional character in Eastern Europe for studies in the field of public safety.

While Ambassador Gregoire congratulated director Smakiqi for the results achieved and pledged continued commitment to support the development of public safety  members.
