Cena, the double Europian champion
Vushtrri, May 15, 2012 - Anton Cena instructor in Kosovo Academy for Public Safety who represented Albania in international competitions has been declared European Champion in Judo. European Judo Championship was held in Opole, Poland attended by 37 countries in which Cena took first place.
Cena said that this time brightened more than last time because in final he beat Russian Sikoev, maximum loss with 10: 0, so with ippon. For the first fight I was lucky to be free, in the second fight triumphed against Frenchman who is just as I, Police Instructor at the Police Academy in France with 10: 0 or ippon. Cena in the final had fight with the same Russian whom he defeated in the finals of last year, but this time with even better results with the highest point possible in Judo.
The next competition for me would be the bigger challenge because the world championship is in November and will be held in Rio de Zhenero of Brazil where I will attend as Kosova. "I believe I will become world champion and will flag up the second Albanian state, flag of the Republic of Kosovo" said Cena.
On this occasion he thanks the Kosovo Police, Kosovo Academy for Public Safety that enabled participation in this championship.
