Six draft regulations are Finalized

Vushtrri, May 10, 2012 - Working Group of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS) has finalized six draft - regulations issued by the KAPS law. During this workshop, which lasted five consecutive days are reviewed these draft regulations; Draft Regulation on the code of ethics in Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, the KAPS internal organization and systematization of working places; the KAPS board ; for planning and coordinating training grants for training of public safety institutions are organized and held in KAPS; for providing training and services for private natural and legal persons, as well as draft regulations for the payment of  training staff  in KAPS. In this working group except senior officials  of the Academy also attended  legal officials from the Prime Minister’s office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice and representatives of the four Public Safety Agencies. The workshop was attended by representatives of OSCE, ICITAP and representatives of the Twinning project, experts of the first component of this project by the State of Finland and Estonia. This five-day workshop which was held in Albania, has funded the OSCE.
