KAPS will have the flag and emblem

Vushtrri, January 25, 2012 - Academy for Public Safety (KAPS) will have the flag and emblem. Flag and emblem of KAPS was selected through a public competition for 30 days in which 14 people have applied. Academy for Public Safety has selected the best three. In the contest for the flag and emblem of KAPS  in the first place competitor is selected Gani (Aziz) Baliu with 67 points in the second Egzon Bytyqi with 64 points and is ranked in third place with 50 points Kujtim Kuqi.
Competitors are awarded, the first place with 1,500 euros, the second with 500 and third place with 300 euros.
According to the Law on the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety First place winner is selected by the Minister of Internal Affairs, while the winners of the second and third place were selected by the General  Director of KAPS  by delivery of five proposals by the Commission for the selection  of flag and emblem of Kosovo Academy for Public Safety.Changing the flag and emblem is made due to the entry into force of the Law on the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, which entered into force on December 10, 2011 and hereinafter named Academy for Public Safety.
