Chief Executive Smakiqi met with Deputy / Head of the OSCE Mr.Joseph
Vushtrri, 04 November 2011- Chief Executive of the Center for Public Safety, Education and Development (KCPSED), Mr.Ismail Smakiqi attended a working lunch, where he met with Deputy Head of the OSCE mission in Kosovo, Mr.Edward Joseph. During the meeting were discussed recent developments in KCPSED and the possibility of creating better conditions for trainers. Both sides agreed to continue further cooperation between the Centre and the OSCE.
Deputy Leader Mr. Joseph first of all congratulated Chief Executive Smakiqi for position being in head of the center. He expressed his willingness to support KCPSED in this important period when is established the enforcement of law on the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety and its transformation into an institution of higher education in the field of security.
From his side Chief Executive Smakiqi thanked Mr.Edward Joseph for his support, while also spoke about the activities and important processes which the centre is going through.
Attending the meeting were Twelmeier Carsten, director of the Department of Public Safety, Duko Zavisić, deputy / director of this department, advisers to the mission in KCPSED, Nusret Kartal and Shpesa Muharremi, Halim Shala, director of the Department of General Administration and Dukagjin Dinaj, director of the Department of Training and Support Program.
