At KCPSED was completed training Negotiations to release hostages
Vushtrri, April 15, 2011-At the Kosovo Centre for Public Safety, Education and Development (KCPSED) Fifteen members of Kosovo special police unit, today successfully completed the training, Negotiations to release hostages, a training supported by Turkey.
At the certification ceremony participated Lieutenant-Driton Zabërgja, Director of the Special police unit of Turkey Mr. Mustafa Kapllan and other instructors who have taught in this training. Participants estimated that this training is also an exchange of experiences between the Kosovo Police and that of Turkey.Lieutenant Driton Zabërgja welcoming the participants appreciated highly this training.
He said the outcome of this training is a special event for the centre because it shows professionalism to the Kosovo Police. And he thanked the Turkish country for the continued support that is given specifically to Kosovo police of our country.I thank the instructors from Turkey who lectured for two consecutive weeks in this training. I thank the Turkish country for the continuous support being given to Kosovo, especially in security field said Zabërgja.As director of special police unit of Turkey said that the Turkish police will continuously support the Kosovo Police. He said he felt proud of the opportunity given to train the special police unit in Kosovo. We will cooperate continuously to carry our experiences to Kosovo police, said Kapllan. Training Negotiations for release of hostages lasted two weeks.
