At KAPS is held the fifth meeting of the Steering Committee for Twinning Project

Vushtri, July 3, 2013 – At the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety is held the fifth meeting of Steering Committee for Twinning Project, during which was carried out the estimation of this project progress for the last three months. During this meeting was presented the so far work done by international experts and local co-operators in the realization and implementation of this project.
 Also by the participants was estimated that the project which aims to improve the basic training program and the creation of new higher education studies at the Bachelor level, is toward finalization.
General Director of the Academy, Mr. Ismail Smakiqi thanked all co-operators for their contribution to this project. Smakiqi said the project is very important for all public safety agencies in Kosovo. “The Academy will be committed to a full partnership with all local institutions with European Commission and all other stakeholders that this project to be completed successfully” said Smakiqi.
Whereas the leader of the Twinning Project Mr. Anti Haikio said that the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety is working on the realization of a very important project. He said that the Academy already meets all the conditions of the education system for Bachelor level.
Experts of this project estimated that good cooperation with all partners has made that the project at this stage to be realized in the best possible way.
