Graduation Ceremony of 42-generation of Police Officers

Vushtrri, 10 June '11 - In the Center for Public Safety, Education and Development (KCPSED), was the graduation ceremony of 42-generation of police officers (cadets) of the Kosovo Police.
This ceremony was attended by Interior Minister, Bajram Rexhepi, Kosovo Police Director, Reshat Maliqi, Chief Executive of KCPSED, Sheremet Ahmeti, KFOR, EULEX, OSCE, ICITAP seniors and relatives of police officers of the 42- generation of Kosovo Police.
On this occasion, Minister Bajram Rexhepi, wished success to the new generation of the Kosovo Police in carrying out their duties and said that the newly graduated police officers will receive new tasks and responsibilities for maintaining peace and order for all citizens of the Republic Kosovo.
He has already announced that a new generation of police will be trained with a new concept."From now, new generations of the Kosovo Police will be trained with a more advanced concept,” said Minister Rexhepi.As director of the Kosovo Police, Reshat Maliqi, said that law enforcement institutions should not let anyone to be over law."Education and training in KCPSED has created the opportunity today to have officers trained according to the highest international standards and practices of law enforcement and human rights,” said Maliqi. Chief Executive's KCPSED, Sheremet Ahmeti encouraged the young cadets to perform their duties with honesty and dignity.
"I am deeply convinced that you as the future officers of the Republic of Kosovo will successfully face all challenges that you will have in the future in pursuance  of your official duties, " said Ahmeti.
Also, the spokesman of 42-generation of the Kosovo Police, Skender Zejnullahu, had a speech,"As from today, the great and sacred family of law enforcement will have full support with moral and professional responsibility. We will complete all tasks with honor guided by the Law of the Republic of Kosovo ", said Zejnullahu.
On behalf of the 42-generation of the Kosovo Police, he said that they would engage in to give the maximum to maintain public order and peace throughout the territory of Republic of Kosovo.
