The Kosovo Center for Public Safety, Education and Developing visited a delegation from Germany

Vushtrri, 13 October 2010- The Center for Public Safety, Education and Development today was visited by the leader of German Federal District Baden-Württemberg Police Academy, Mr.Peter Egetemaier with his cooperators.
The German delegation was hosted by Chief Executive Mr. Sheremet Ahmeti, and senior officials of the Center.
Initially Mr. Ahmed welcomed the German delegation at the Center and then informed them about the Center for the Public Safety, Education and Development organizational structure.
 Delegation was informed regarding the work and training activities held in the Center by the Four Agencies such as the Kosovo Police, Emergency Agency, Customs Service and the Kosovo Correctional Service. Mr.Ahmeti also informed the delegation about the concept, vision, phase of transition, accreditation, legislation, successes and achievements of the Centre. The delegation from Germany was satisfied with the visit of the Center and they expressed their will of cooperation between the Police Academy of the German Federal County and the Kosovo Centre for Public Safety Education and Development.
At the end of the meeting, they visited some of the KCPSED facilities in order to be informed with the infrastructure and some of the equipment which the officials of public security agencies are trained by.
