Director Smakiqi had an official visit to the German Police University in Münster

Vushtrri, December 9, 2014 - At the invitation of the German Police University in Münster, Director General of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS) Ismail Smakiqi, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Public Safety Nazmi Iballi, officially travelled to Germany. The purpose of the visit is to exchange experiences   and creation of opportunities for collaboration between the Academy for Public Safety and Police University in Münster, Germany. This visit, which is a project of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), aims to support the Academy in establishing advanced educational programs. Within this program the topics that will be discussed during this visit are; Training in the composition and activity of the German Police University, the legal principles and organization, modular course master, structure and selection of teachers. Also the issues to be discussed are; Accreditation and intercommunication with Bologna process (European system of credit transfer), quality management, training in higher education, etc.
