Students of "Haxhi Zeka" University visited the Academy

Vushtrri, 08 May 2017 -  Today  students of “ Haxhi Zeka”  University in Peja College  visited the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety, accompanied by Professor Agron Hasanaj who were welcomed by the General Director of the Academy Mr. Ismail Smakiqi.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarise students with the program that is being developed at the Faculty of Public Safety.

The General Director of the Kosovo Academy for Public Safety (KAPS) Ismail Smakiqi informed the students about the Academy's mission, its background  and the training that is being held at the Academy.

Director Mr. Sakiqi  in front  the attendees presented the achievements of the Academy, international cooperation, professional development of security officers, trainings, education and the priority of the Academy in the future.

While Professor Agron Hasanaj thanking the director Mr. Smakiqi for the hospitality, said  that the  Kosovo Academy for Public Safety is one of the most important institutions in the country.

"Students expressed  their wish  to visit the Academy to familiarise  with the activities that are being held here and to become familiar  with the program that is being developed at the Faculty of Public Safety, said Mr. Hasanaj.

During this visit, students express their interest in training and education of members of public safety at the Academy.

In addition, students also visited the Academy's infrastructure, which was also welcomed by the rest of the professional staff who provided practical knowledge on the professional services offered by KAPS.
