German KFOR visited the Academy

Vushtrri, 19 February 2016 - Today German contingent of KFOR in Prizren, headed by Commander, Von Keyserlingk,  visted the Kosovo  Academy for Public Safety,  hosted by the Director General of the Academy, Ismail Smakiqi .

Director General of the Academy, Ismail Smakiqi informed the delegation in question, on the achievements of the Academy, including all periods since its establishment until today.

Smakiqi highlighted recent developments concerning the establishment of the Faculty for Public Safety lately with the start of the second twinning project.

On this occasion, the delegation was informed on the cooperation that KAPS has with all security institutions, both national and international.

Meanwhile the commander of the German contingent of KFOR in Prizren, Von Keyserlingk, expressed his interest about the issues related to the trainings at the aca He congratulated the Director Smakiqi about the achievements and said that

The delegation expressed the best reviews for the Academy as a genuine institution in the field of education in public safety.

Smakiqi thanked the international community for the assistance they have given the KAPS, including KFOR, German country and other organizations and institutions.
