37 Kosovo Police Generation Have Graduated

Vushtrri, 24 April  2009 – After completing  12 weeks modified training, in KPCSED, the 37 new Kosovo Police cadets have graduated .This generation is numbering 80 members, which were trained  based on designed curriculum and international standards for human rights and law enforcing.

On the graduation ceremony have participated Ministry of Internal Affair Zenun Pajaziti, Police General Director Sheremet Ahmeti, EULEX, KFOR and OSCE representatives, also higher officials of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kosovo Police, also familiars of the graduated.
 
Minister Pajaziti congratulated   new police officers for the graduation citing that this will remain multiethnic police. Upwards he appreciated that ‘’Kosovo Police ‘’ will remain the best institution as a result of their performance.


In continuation Minister Pajaziti cited that ‘’Kosovo Police ‘’remains the most important institution   enabling to have a normal life and free movement’’.
 
General Police Director, Sheremet Ahmeti, assumed that education and training has important role in establishing the professional staff. Further he cited that ‘’ it is pleasure to posses these   training facilities according to the  higher standards for law enforcement and human rights in cooperation with all Law enforcement agencies in Kosovo Center for Public Safety Education and Development’’.
 
In a meantime, officer Muharrem Kelemndi, spokesman of the 37 police generation stated ‘’ that we will make effort to protect  citizens rights, no matter their  ethnicity, race or gender, also their properties basing and enforcing  with preciseness Kosovo Republic Laws.

After   delivering diplomas, Captains of the classes handover the flags which symbolized academic achivements, discipline also all achievements in all fields during these three monthly training. These flags were handover to the Directory for Mandatory Training, Lieutenant Colonel Driton Zabërgja. At the end of ceremony, the parade and discipline instructor released the new police generation.
